This FELCO Store allows you to directly purchase a variety of products from FELCO where you can shop conveniently and hassle-free.  

The FELCO Store and related services are made available to you by Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation pursuant to the following Terms of Use and Service and any other rules modified in this platform. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders.

REGISTRATION

The services or features made available to you on this site, requires you to register an account.

 Registering an account means you agree to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all aspects. 

You must also keep your information up-to-date through the account settings option of FELCO Store.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Your use of the site may require the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and disposal (as set forth in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice) of your personal data (“Personal Data”), as defined in Philippine Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and all implementing rules and regulations (collectively, the “DPA”) refer to FELCO data privacy. ORDERS 

All orders are subject to acceptance by FELCO. 

You will be responsible for reviewing your order before submitting it on the site.

Please note that items in your shopping basket/cart that are not yet check-out are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. On the other hand, if you failed to process your payment on the given period, your order will be automatically cancelled. 

PRICING POLICY

All prices posted on the web site are inclusive of government-imposed taxes. FELCO Store tries to advertise the most accurate and updated pricing information on the products offered. If you have placed an order for a product whose price was posted incorrectly, we will either not process or cancel your order. Should this happen, we will notify you via email. Prices may change without prior notice.

PAYMENT

You can pay using any of our payment partners listed on the FELCO Store or use the cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method.

DELIVERY

Estimated arrival of deliveries are used as a guide only, FELCO will try its best to meet these estimates but cannot fully guarantee that such estimates will be met. Delivery times are subject to delays due to unforeseen events or force majeure.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS 

For complaints, please contact info@fireflyelectric.com. 

Products ordered through the site may be returned for a refund or exchange depending on the item condition and no. of days from date of receiving the items.  Please keep the original packaging including the waybill sticker and sales invoice to be used in claiming the product warranty. Please refer to the Warranty, Returns and Refund Policy for the complete details. 

TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The name logo, and all related names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation.

The Site may include links to other websites or resources that are not operated by FELCO. FELCO has no control over and  no responsibility for the content of any site to which a link from the Site exists (unless FELCO is the provider of those linked sites). FELCO is not responsible for the content of any off-Site pages, which include, but is not limited to, advertisers of the Site. FELCO will also not be responsible for any data collection activities done by third party links in their respective websites or in their advertisement inside the Site.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

FELCO aims to ensure that the product descriptions on the Site are as accurate and complete as possible. However, FELCO does not warrant that the product descriptions are error-free. Please refer to the Warranty, Returns and Refund Policy if you feel that the  product offered  is not as described.
