- Open to all valid Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) Loyalty Card holders.
- No minimum purchase requirement to avail of the 5% discount.
- The 5% discount applies to every eligible transaction during the promo period.
- The discount is valid only during the official promo period. Transactions made beyond this period will not qualify.
- Promo may be combined with existing FELCO Store platform promotions, unless otherwise stated.
- Discount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-convertible to cash.
- Each FELCO Store account can only be linked to one Pag-IBIG Loyalty or Loyalty Card Plus.
- FELCO Store reserves the right to verify the validity of submitted Pag-IBIG Loyalty or Loyalty Card Plus details before order fulfillment.
- Fraudulent transactions or misuse of the promo may result in order cancellation and disqualification.

- Valid and active Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card or Loyalty Card Plus
- One (1) valid government‑issued ID (e.g., SSS ID, TIN ID, Passport, Driver’s License, UMID, PhilSys ID, etc.)
3. For account verification, our team will review your submitted documents to confirm eligibility.
4. You will receive a confirmation notification via email once your account has been successfully verified.
Approval Timeline:
- Applications submitted Monday–Thursday: Verified within 1–2 business days
- Applications submitted Friday–Sunday: Verified on the next Monday
Timelines may be adjusted during holidays or periods of high application volume.
